Request a certificate
When selling a property, a Strata Information Certificate under section 184 of the Strata Schemes Management Act will be required prior to settlement. If the lot is part of a community association a section 26 certificate under the Community Management Act will be required.
The cost of the certificate includes GST. Our preference is for funds to be transferred electronically into Snowy Strata Services bank account; details will be provided by us. Alternatively a cheque made out in favour of Snowy Strata Services will be accepted.
